Below is a map of Keswick showing the location of Hazelwood guest house (the coloured circle in the centre). As you will notice, the property is very easy to find, being on the road into Keswick from both the A66 (from the M6 motorway) and the A591 (from the South Lakes). It is also near Keswick town centre and Derwentwater.

From the M6 Motorway: Turn off at Junction 40 (Penrith) and turn onto the A66 towards Keswick. After 14 miles there is a turning signposted left to Keswick. Follow this road (which drops down a hill). Go past the first few houses whilst heading down towards the town centre. Before you reach the main T-junction for Keswick and the South Lakes, Hazelwood is on your left (private parking is behind the hotel)

From the A591: Go through the South and central Lakes (Windermere, Ambleside, Grasmere) and head into Keswick. You drop down a steep hill (where you are faced with a stunning panorama of Derwentwater). Nearing the botom of the hill there is a main right turn signposted for Penrith. Hazelwood guesthouse is on your right. (Turn right and immediate right for private parking
